Topps Tiles Group are currently recruiting for a Space Planner to join our wider Store Development team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the optimisation of space and range within our stores, ensuring sales and profit are maximised. We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and organised candidate with a can-do attitude. The role will be based within our Support Office in Leicester with the option to work remotely 2-3 days a week. An understanding of, or experience in retail space planning would be an advantage, but the key experience we are looking for is someone with a background in a highly analytical role.
Key Accountabilities will include:
To be considered for this position, you will have some experience of working in a Retail Space Planning or a Merchandising environment. We are looking for somebody who is highly analytical, has strong numerical and computer skills, with the ability to forge relationships with others in the business using your influencing and relationship building skills. Whilst exposure to a space planning software package would be a massive plus, if you are quick to learn, use your initiative and have excellent attention to deal, then you will be just fine!
