We have an exciting job vacancy within the Social Media team, to help bring our business to life online, as the Social Media Coordinator.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to inspire customers to love tiles as much as we do. It’s a role with the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a wide variety of departments, suppliers, social media influencers and other brands, which is waiting for a creative and personable individual to make their own!

We know the world of social media is constantly changing, so we’re looking for someone who strives to do things differently, so we can remain as the UK’s No.1 tile retailer. The social media department is a new department within the business, so the right candidate will be able to help shape the way this department works going forward, and we’re looking for a person who can bring a regular stream of fresh & out-of-the-box ideas to the table.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the business, where you will very quickly see how your work can influence and inspire our customers, giving you growth opportunities within a high-achieving marketing team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally creative, super organised, detail-oriented and a real go-getter. We’re a friendly bunch at Topps Tiles and someone who is ready to work with different people across multiple projects will love this role, as two days are rarely the same within the social media department.

Whilst we know everyone has social media in today’s world, we’re looking for someone with an a natural skill in creating great content for social media, but also someone who can understand how great social content can inform, educate and inspire a increasingly busy and distracted world of consumers on social media. If you have experience in the world of paid social media campaigns, influencer management and/or using creative solutions such as Canva, Adobe suite of products – that’s a real bonus.
