We have an exciting job vacancy within our Marketing team, to help bring our business to life online!

We are recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and talented Digital Channel Manager who can take strategic responsibility for the online presence of Topps Tiles across our digital channels. We know the world of Marketing is constantly changing, so we’re looking for someone who strives to do things differently, so we can remain as the UK’s No.1 tile retailer.

With line manager responsibility for a Social Medial Coordinator and a Brand Communications manager, In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the business by overseeing strategy and day to day management of channels including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Digital PR and Partnership,  You will be responsible for delivering our annual Digital trading targets, maximising every opportunity to grow essential KPIs with a main focus on increasing traffic to our Retail and Trade websites.

No two days are the same within the marketing department. Whether you will be working with our Search Marketing agency to drive traffic, creating a new Social Media strategy, or maximising our brand partnerships, this is a real opportunity to quickly see how your work can influence and inspire our customers, giving you growth opportunities within a high-achieving marketing team. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and have In-depth experience of managing and running all main marketing channels including PPC, SEO and Social Media. With experience in Google Analytics key, you will be super organised, detail-oriented and a real go-getter -Strong end to end campaign management skills; from brief to launch is also a must!
