Reporting into the Digital Project and Performance Manager, we are recruiting for an experienced, dynamic, and talented Digital Experience Manager who can support in project planning, UAT and roll out and ensuring that KPIs are closely monitored, and digital targets met.
Role Responsibilities -
Analyse data from Google Analytics to review site performance, identify new opportunities and assess the performance of new developments, present findings back to key stakeholders
Create inspirational content on-site to support larger new product launches
Manage promotional changeovers on the website and additional online offers
Represent the Digital team in weekly promotion meetings and at promotional store walks
Manage the Visualiser roadmap and ensure all new developments are tested and communicated when required
Lead monthly Visualiser development calls
Write detailed task briefs for new projects and/or site fixes and see them through to launch
Thoroughly test site fixes, new developments and projects across all devices in UAT and on live, paying close attention to detail and providing sufficient feedback if required
Communicate with key stakeholders across the business around digital activity and launches
Work closely with our web development agency to ensure task timings are adhered to and deadlines are met
Attend regular web development calls
Manage workload of the Digital Marketing Coordinator, specifically supporting them with new product launch activity and data analysis
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience of a CMS and Google analytics is essential with Magento experience desirable! You will be super organised, detail-oriented and a real go-getter - Strong written, numerical, and verbal communication skills are key and you must be able to work individually and as part of a team!
