We are currently looking for a Regional Director of Sales to join us. This is a highly visible and critical role within the retail function and this opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual looking for a challenge in an exciting and fast paced environment.
You will be a brand and cultural ambassador for Topps Group by leading, coaching and developing your team. You will take accountability for sales through operational excellence and world class in store service levels whilst delivering optimum profits through a mindset of doing what’s right for the company, its colleagues and customers. A key part of this role is to be able to articulate and develop sales strategies that serve the differing needs of Retail and Trade customers. An inspirational leader and communicator, you will have exceptional coaching, motivational and relationship management skills. Equally, you will be passionate about quality and customer service with a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement. We are looking for a commercially astute and a proactive decision-maker who thrives under pressure. Leading 7 ASM’s and 700 store colleagues, you must have extensive experience in a similar leadership level role.
