We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team This is a varied role which covers a multitude of tasks so we are looking for someone passionate and hardworking, who is extremely organised and can prioritise their own workload.

Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Responsible for collating and sharing regular sales reports containing key performance insights to key stakeholders across the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor and record competitor activity, to ensure we remain ahead of the curve
  • Carry out site audits, to identify any bugs or areas for improvement

Web developments

  • Support in spotting any issues on the website and then raise digital support tickets to get these resolved
  • Support the wider team in testing new project launches and developments

Stores

  • Support our 300+ stores with updates to information and imagery on both the website and Google
  • Manage both the opening of new stores and the closure of existing stores online and on Google

Administration

  • Manage the Digital inboxes by addressing and responding to any queries that come through from either stores or Customer Services

Requirements

  • Strong written, numerical and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Works well both individually and as part of a team
  • Experience of a CMS (preferably WordPress) and/or Magento is desirable but not essential
