An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Services Coordinator. Directly supporting the Marketing Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for key areas of the customer shopping experience, such as assisting with managing and implementing our in store point of sale and new product launches, responsible for the launch of our new & refit stores, as well as closures & clearances from a POS point of view and assisting in the roll out of retail promotions. This is a varied role which covers a multitude of tasks and projects so we are looking for someone passionate and hardworking, who is organised and can prioritise their own workload.

The Role

POS/Marketing Materials & Stock Management

  • Responsible for own point of sale projects from design stage to implementation
  • Identify & implement in-store solutions through point of sale & printed literature
  • Coordinate accurate & timely distribution of all retail marketing materials
  • Attend Retail Delivery Meeting & identify required support for new product launches
  • Create & upload detailed supporting briefs for all in-store marketing material
  • Maintain the upkeep of Goods Not For Resale, uploading images, managing discontinued lines etc.
  • Coordinate 3rd party production, collation & distribution of point of sale to over 300+ stores
  • Manage SharePoint marketing sections, including the upkeep of all document uploads, links and POS guides

New Stores/Refits/Closures/ASIP

  • Manage the launch of new, refit, clearance & closure stores. Order, deliver and supply detailed documentation to assist in the implementation of all POS in store
  • Manage the schedule for the new/refit/clearance/closure store programs
  • Visit every new & refit store launch

Local Marketing

  • Coordinate local marketing for new & refit stores
  • Create supporting artwork for new & refit stores + adhoc local marketing requests
  • Monitor, measure and report on all local store initiatives
  • Manage the development & implementation of the Youth Sport initiative

In-Store Retail Promotions

  • Responsible for collating POS damages and re-ordering of promotional POS within the required deadlines

Marketing Mail

  • Manage the Marketing Mail inbox
  • Accountable for answering all Services related queries 
  • Ensure Marketing Mail enquires are responded to within agreed timeframes

The Person

Essential                                                

  • Strong end to end project management skills; from brief to launch
  • Strong commercial, numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills to intermediate level
  • Experience of effectively managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Team player

Desirable

  • Worked in a similar role for 2+ years
  • Degree in related field
