About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide vital administrative and customer support to our Contract Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, working with key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes for customers and assist with pricing queries.
  • Update and maintain price files as required.
  • Coordinate sample requests and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Liaise with the Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support general administrative tasks within the Contract Sales department.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • IT literate and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  •  Previous administration experience is a plus.
  •  Familiarity with company systems, products, and procedures is desirable.
