Tile Warehouse is part of the Topps Tiles Group based in Leicestershire, a newly formed Pureplay business which is going through an exciting growth period, we are now looking for a Digital Manager to help us .

This role is for perfect for someone who is looking to join a growing business and accelerate their career in the digital ecommerce space. You will help define the business as well as your own role within Tile Warehouse. There are great opportunities to grow within the Topps Tile Group and more importantly within the Tile Warehouse business.

In this role you will be working with several Tile Warehouse dedicated colleagues, from Sales to buying, finance and operations.

A broad skill set will be required, including strategic planning, marketing, budgeting, team management, and reporting. It’s crucial to have a good understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to work with different teams and agencies. Regular monitoring and reporting are also key to ensure the strategy is on track and achieving the desired results.

You will be responsible for several key areas including managing the digital marketing activities and the website development roadmap. (both are supported by fantastic agencies)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategy Management: Managing and helping deliver the Tile Warehouse strategy.
  •  Website Ownership : Owning all things website, from development to Search & Merch
  •  Agency Management: Overseeing our website development agency.
  •  Marketing Ownership: Taking ownership of the marketing channels and website.
  •  Channel Management: Email, and Social.
  •  Sales Monitoring: Monitoring Sales and KPIs on a daily basis.
  •  Budget Management: Managing budgets effectively.
  •  Reporting: Regularly reporting on-site KPIs and conducting competitor research.
  •  Promotion Planning: Planning and delivering promotions
  •  Team Management: Managing colleagues within the digital team

Essential Skills: We also are looking for skills within the following areas but not all are essential.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the digital ecommerce space (lead generation also welcome)
  • Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • A passion for all things digital
  • Experience of managing individuals as well as external agencies
  • Data Analysis experience and knowledge
  • Proven experience in driving traffic and growing online sales
  •  Strong commercial awareness and technically minded.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent awareness and understanding of website development, website design, usability, SEO and reporting.
  • Excellent market awareness and analytical skills
  •  Accountable by nature with the desire to make an impact. Keen to take ownership in a role with confidence and enthusiasm.
