We are looking for an Events Coordinator to support our Commercial Sales Team!

This key role will develop, manage and execute an inspiring and engaging events calendar for clients across the A&D and Housebuilder sectors, the aim of which will put Parkside and CTD Residential on the map - realising our exciting ambitions in these targeted areas of strategic growth.  Reporting to the Brand Manager you will work with core partner suppliers and providers to understand our customers’ needs and to connect them with the opportunities of working with Parkside / CTD Commercial and their nominated Account Manager to deliver their visions. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that each event delivers a memorable experience, aligns with business goals, and engages target audiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, run and co-ordinate a programme of events that connect Account Managers and prospective clients to drive sales opportunities and new client registrations
  • Leverage our own design studios and realise the full potential of our national footprint of Material Source Studios
  • Ensure Parkside ‘shows up’ in key architectural events and grows audience
  • Design an event campaign for CTD Residential in target sectors
  • Responsibility for annual customer communications events across both channels
  • Leverage collaborations (primarily Material Source) to promote and campaign events
  • Proactively monitor the market and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge and event superiority
  • Collaborate with sales leaders in A&D and Housebuilder to define target event themes
  • Support annual strategic thinking and refresh
  • Provide input into annual commercial marketing budget
  • Conveying insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Bring energy, excitement and enthusiasm to work every day

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Transferrable marketing experience of events
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships and liaise confidently at all levels
  • Collaborative working, a drive to support others and deliver results with your team
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and aren’t afraid to try new ideas
  • Excellent communication skills for crafting clear, persuasive messages and for engaging with customers
  • Confident managing timelines budgets and team resources
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable travelling for work within the UK when needed
